Shane Ruys

As a long-time resident of Kingston with an extensive and successful sales and management career, Shane brings a wealth of real estate and sales experience. After a management position with one of Canada's largest retailers, Shane enjoyed many years in new home sales as an award-winning top producer with Kingston's largest home builder (named the best sales team in Canada!). Since then, Shane had attained his real-estate Broker's license, opened his own brokerage, and subsequently formed a dynamic and results-focused real estate team with fresh ideas and a new approach.

Shane and his two daughters, Marissa and Brielle, enjoy all that our beautiful city has to offer, and are involved in many community events and activities. Shane realizes that raising a family takes time and effort, as well as being successful in the real estate business, and our team approach allows us to balance today's demands on time with work and family while still focusing on our clients and delivering results.
